Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Independent accommodation in a village house ideally located in a quiet area – 15 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from Geneva. Our large garden is to be shared with us: an incredible diversity of plants, shrubs, flowers... deckchairs, and a ping-pong table for fans! Between lake and mountains, a region rich in history (castles, Glières plateau, etc.), heritage and gastronomy. In all seasons, plenty of sporting activities: hiking, cycling, skiing... swimming, paddleboarding...

In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Ideally located between Annecy and Geneva, this studio will allow you to enjoy all the beautiful sites of the region, Lake Annecy, Parmelan Mountain, Glières Plateau, Aravis Pass, Chamonix, for water sports also the Dronières swimming pool open from June to September 10 minutes away, Vitam Parc... Access to the highway in 2 minutes, Shops nearby, (restaurants, U-Express, gas station, butcher, bakery…) Private parking space at the foot of the residence...

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, not overlooked, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the motorway entrance allowing you to easily cross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a supplement of €10 on the stay.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys a beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cosy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is as sporty as it is relaxing, just a stone's throw from amenities. Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.
