Between lake and mountains, a region rich in history (castles, Glières plateau...), heritage and gastronomy. In all seasons, plenty of sports activities: hiking, biking, skiing... swimming, paddleboarding...

We accept animals as long as they are docile and educated.

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without neighbors, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel the Savoie region. In the case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge of €10 on the stay.

region magnifique. logement très calme . 1 place de parking. ch/studette ind de 16 m avec lit top de 160 cm, four/ four micro-onde, douche, WC, grand placard . terrasse ind, bbq electrique. top pour les frontaliers sur qq mois ou pour pers seule long terme.. impératif d'être très respectueux du logement car parquet flottant ( chaussure). rech personne discrète et calme. prix à negocier sur 3 mois.Ménage à faire à fond lors du départ.
