Modern cosy apartment with sea view

Modern but cosy apartment on the 5th floor (lift). Superb views. A less than 5-minute walk brings you to a small beach and a 10-minute walk to the centre of Vinaros. A supermarket and pharmacy at 1 minute from the main entrance. Bus stop around the corner and train station close by (1.5 km). Summer season community pool and indoor garage on level -2. The garage under the building has space for a midsize car. Come and enjoy the traditional, local food and atmosphere of this lovely coastal town.

Ideal for enjoying the sun and the sea with all services nearby. Free parking nearby (fishing port) and municipal parking directly across from the house.

Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. The beach and the promenade are just a few metres away, a 2-minute walk, as it is located in the heart of the city of Vinaròs. On one of the main streets with charm and full of shops, businesses, terraces, to enjoy just by leaving the house. The apartment, newly renovated, is on the second floor without a lift. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as you have to climb stairs

Renovated house in the heart of downtown, 300 meters from the beach

The listing is strategically located. It is in the urban center of Vinaroz, inside the pedestrian area. Very quiet at night. More than 150 years old, it has been lovingly renovated. They say it's very cheerful and original. A lot of peace and tranquility is breathed. It also has a nice terrace to enjoy romantic nights. Central market 2 minutes away and walking to get to the beach is 4 m. It has stairs, not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The beach house was completely renovated in 2020! Our beach house offers a beautiful sea view and is located right on the beach. Restaurants and downtown Vinaròs are within walking distance. You'll love this place because you can be in the sea in just a minute! Couples, families and solo travelers and all sea lovers will feel very comfortable here. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement (additional EUR 80 per total stay without food and accessories).
