Modern but cosy apartment on the 5th floor (lift). Superb views. A less than 5-minute walk brings you to a small beach and a 10-minute walk to the centre of Vinaros. A supermarket and pharmacy at 1 minute from the main entrance. Bus stop around the corner and train station close by (1.5 km). Summer season community pool and indoor garage on level -2. The garage under the building has space for a midsize car. Come and enjoy the traditional, local food and atmosphere of this lovely coastal town.

Gracias a la ubicación céntrica de este alojamiento, tú y los tuyos lo tendréis todo a mano. Tienes la playa del Fortí y el Paseo Marítimo a 2 minutos andando ya que está situado en pleno corazón de la ciudad de Vinaròs. En una de las calles principales con encanto lleno de tiendas,comercios,terrazas,para poder disfrutar con tan solo al salir de casa. El apartamento,recién reformado ,es un segundo piso sin ascensor. No es apto para personas con mobilidad reducida ya que hay que subir escaleras

The accommodation I offer you is a ground floor with a 200-meter garden, terrace and garage - Located on the first line of the sea with spectacular views of the open sea. It has two bedrooms, one with a 1.50 bed and the other two 90 cm beds. The living room with a full kitchenette, with high-end appliances and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a large shower. The exterior with barbecue, shower and another toilet. Everything is good and comfortable. Great for coming with children and pets.

The beach house was completely renovated in 2020! Our beach house offers a beautiful sea view and is located right on the beach. Restaurants and downtown Vinaròs are within walking distance. You'll love this place because you can be in the sea in just a minute! Couples, families and solo travelers and all sea lovers will feel very comfortable here. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement (additional EUR 80 per total stay without food and accessories).
