We've had a spectacular week. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and complete. It is very well equipped that makes you feel at home. It's really recommended. Luckily this week we passed it didn't get so hot and with the fans it offers, it's very good! Thank you very much for everything We will surely repeat again.

Lluis is a perfect host. He gave us all the information before we arrived, even a tour guide. The accommodation is as advertised, quiet: • The terrace under the pine trees: the best • Well equipped: LV, MàL, Coffee maker, A/C,.... • Very clean. • Quiet neighborhood, in the mountain 45 minutes from the sea. We are delighted with our 12-night stay at this listing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house in Peñíscola, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning garden views and the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the beach and the historic old town, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in one of Spain’s most charming coastal towns, I highly recommend this rental. We can’t wait to return! 🌟

Excellent stay, quiet and surrounded by nature. Very nice communal and well kept pool. Marisa and her mom are very welcoming and responsive . I recommend it!

We spent 10 days at Sandra's house and they were wonderful. The house is beautiful, you can tell that it is a place that Sandra herself enjoys with her family because she has everything (super complete kitchenware, games for children and adults, all amenities!). It has a beautiful and comfortable patio, where we had beautiful dinners, and during the day it has a terrace on the roofed patio and with awnings that protect it from the sun and is fresh and very enjoyable. The house is large and spacious, it was spotless. The quiet neighborhood, you can park very well, and has many very beautiful nearby beaches. Walking there is a rocky one, but you can bathe and it is very nice, and between 5 and 10 minutes by car you have at least 4 that are sandy, beautiful coves, with chiringuitos, some with shade even, beautiful. Sandra was always on the phone for any questions, always friendly and very nice. It's been a great few days that we hope to repeat soon. And of course, we recommend going!!!!

We had a top stay in Joan Andreu's house. A little outside the city center but only a few minutes drive from the action. Perfect for two families with everything together five kids between 9 - 14 years old. Joan was very accessible and helpful. The house invites you to do nothing blissfully!

Family-friendly development and cozy. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. You can walk to the beach, although it is a small 15-minute walk Highlight above all the tranquility and equipment of the development.

House with everything you could ask for, cleaning, barbecue, iron for cooking in the garden, two refrigerators, pool, toys for children and inflatables and an incredible feeling of peace. Thank you Mario. A great host who recommended places to go, and a problem with the pool water, I fix it quickly. I said, all great!!

Peace of mind and soul - this describes best the whole package of experience we had at the amazing chalette and the 7 star hospitality of David. The first best thing of course was the chalette. You have everything you need to feel at home in the house - space, cleanliness, little details, full equiped kitchen. The garden is full of different trees and staying at the terrace you can relax by just BE there. At night you can feel the sea and sleep "like a baby" ! The beach was the second best thing in our vacation - clean , thin sand and very wide. David was really responsive and helped us with everything we needed. There are two bikes available, which was great as we didn't come by car. The cycling roads are perfect and we managed to see everything. The children room is very nice and cozy, there is a room for kids to play, toys. The garden is spacious, there is kids corner and kids section in the pool.The sea doesnt get deep in the water as you enter. We will come back for sure! :)

Perfect place to go with the family to find tranquility. The house is located in an area surrounded by olive trees and having no houses nearby, the place is very quiet. It is beautifully decorated. The porch is a wonder as it doesn't get any hot weather. AA is available in every room. The kitchen dining room does not, but the truth is that it doesn't take much. Make special mention by Xavi who was the one who took care of everything. At any time attentive to any problem. There was no umbrella for the BBQ and a day still it brought a new one. So overall a 10 for everything.

The house is fantastic literally glued to the beach that is practically private. A lifetime house but with charm and flavor and renovated of bathrooms and kitchen appliances Very comfortable and pleasant and very quiet. And Carlos is a very good host!!!!

Wonderful stay at the boulevard! The views where by days spectaculaire. Sun rise, storm, flat sea, waves,... We loved it! Laura was a great host. Proactive and very helpfull. We recommand her place to every body. Valencia is closeby, Castellon and Sagunto even more and are also great cities to visit! Enjoy your Stay!

We were delighted, both Toni and Bea very welcoming and facilitating everything. We have no doubt that we will repeat it again. The neighborhood of urbanization is very well located and with services. The house is an old cabin but with all the services and magnificent terrace, with a pool and for barbecue. A hit to go with a group of friends. Important, there is no heating but the owners set electric radiators.

We rented this house for our vacation and were very satisfied. The house is well equipped. The outside is also well equipped, with private swimming pool and several tables and chairs available, including under trees in the shade. Suitable for dogs and babies as everything is fenced. Air conditioning available, great for nights. The host is quickly reachable and answers any questions, very friendly!

We have passed a bridge with the children in the house. We had bad luck with the weather as there was just a lot of rain and wind and we couldn't walk around and take advantage of the garden as much as we would have liked. But the house is in a village that in winter is very quiet to go to disconnect (the negative part is that in winter many of the services are also closed, if what is sought is to make life on the street). The house in front has a path on which to walk without danger if you are going with children, and the beach in front. The garden is super nice and the best is Alejandro's treatment that is attentive to everything the tenant may need.

Friendly and available host. The description of the house is true to reality. Shops and beach within walking distance. The garden is pleasant and the vegetation varied.

Nice and quiet place to rest and spend time with family, the beach is next to it with a nice walk.
