We had a few wonderful days in the casita. It is beautiful and with all the amenities, we also went with our dogs and they were super at ease 🩷 the house and the space is a paradise in nature, and mari carmen was super friendly and attentive. We recently had the pleasure of spending a whole month at Feliciano’s. The house is spacious, airy with lots of natural light. But what really makes it marvellous (and the photos don’t do it justice) is the ocean view. The house is well equipped with amenities such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher etc and all utensils for cooking. And as we were travelling with our nine month old baby, Feliciano kindly provided a cot and high chair and also a tub at our request. The shared pool was cold (no surprise since it was October), but it was great to cool off as most days we enjoyed temperatures of 25/26 degrees. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ioana who stopped by to give the house a quick clean during our long stay - lovely and proficient. The location was great to explore local towns and beaches nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance but you will need a car to get around! Feliciano was easy to contact and quick to help. We had a lovely time.

Choosing Eva's house was a good decision. She was very attentive from the start for anything we might need. Regarding the house, it is a very large house, but very well maintained and clean. It is a quiet but very nice area. I definitely recommend Eva and her house 100%.

We really appreciate that our dogs were able to enjoy the garden, what is locked gave us the security of being able to keep them loose. We also appreciate the tranquility of the area and privacy. Joana has been very friendly at all times. Very happy.

We spend a very lovely week at the villa and Service of Alicia was extraordinary! Super fast answers and help in every form and way! The villa was clean and tidy as well. Every imaginable supply was already in the villa waiting for us.

We had a top stay in Joan Andreu's house. A little outside the city center but only a few minutes drive from the action. Perfect for two families with everything together five kids between 9 - 14 years old. Joan was very accessible and helpful. The house invites you to do nothing blissfully!

Great stay in Valencia, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a lot of kitchenware, and many common spaces. The host was very attentive and super friendly.

We were a group of 12 people ranging from ages 0 to 70s, and this house met everybody's needs. The house is a very well kept and modern. There's AC/heater in every bedroom and the kitchen has everything you need. I would even say that the house felt bigger in reality than the images :)

Lovely home with an incredible view on the seaside. It feels like you are almost in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for (outdoor) lunches and dinners. 30 minute walk along the beach to Torrevieja center (or quicker by road/car)

Ivan was a great host. If you are looking for an interesting and unusual place to stay in Valencia, Molino Real ticks all the boxes. Its design is on a grand scale. There cannot be many apartments that come with their own private rooftop swimming pool!

Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

Wonderful trip with a large group of friends. Comfortable villa with lots of space inside and out. Off street, secure parking. Kitchen well equipped to cook for everyone. Beach and coastal walking within 5 mins. We loved it.

Our stay at the house was fantastic. The house is super comfortable and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation: it has two spacious living rooms, full kitchens, children's games and very comfortable sofas. But what surprised us the most were the beds and pillows, completely new and very comfortable, something unusual in a vacation home. The owner's attention has been excellent from the first moment, providing us with useful information about the area and all the details of the house. He was always attentive and available for any inquires. In addition, she had the detail to immediately send us some AirPods that we forgot in the house, which shows her great attention and kindness. Definitely a fantastic house that we will love to return to.

We stayed for a week over New Year. Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The house is situated in a prime location overlooking the sea with lovely coastal walks outside. The house is exactly as described - well equipped, clean and modern. The garden was fantastic for us to relax in and for our two dogs to play in. There is a driveway and private parking for a car inside the property which was really liked. We had a lovely relaxing week by the sea and it was the perfect start to 2025. Thank you Andrea !

Great host, with lots of info. The place is near the sea (4 min). And the center is max 15 min walk. We loved that it is not in the middle of the center, and that it was a bit more quiet around the house.

a quiet place for those looking for holidays and family rest. large and pleasant space and an excellent terrace to enjoy the swimming pool and the amenities of the house. We will return for sure and thank you so much.
