Beautiful new villa on 2000 m² of fenced land with swimming pool and panoramic views of the Drôme Provençale. Large living room of 60 m², master suite with shower room, separate toilet and dressing room, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, laundry room including washing machine and dryer. We are offering you this F2 (pool access from 15 May to 10 July and in September) located on the ground floor of our main residence. With a shaded outdoor area in summer and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is less than 5 minutes drive and 20 minutes walk to the city center where you can enjoy the market every Thursday morning. if you come with a baby equipment can be made available to you (umbrella bed, high chair, sunbed, stroller, ...).

Between vineyards and olive trees, our vacation rental is located in Villedieu, close to Vaison and Nyons. It is part of a Provençal house with 2 other apartments. It has a private terrace and independent access. The enclosed and wooded garden of 4000 m² is common to the 3 cottages and has a swimming pool (15 x 8 m), a ping pong table, petanque court and children's games. Here, colors, scents and the sunny song of cicadas mingle.
