The apartment could serve as a base camp for different trails and attractions in the area. The 30m2 apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, tassimo coffee machine, toaster. The comfortable bedroom has a spacious wardrobe. Plenty of free additional parking available next to train station.

Rainbow Apartment

The apartment is part of the annex built in 1950 at the paternal cottage. This cottage was built in 1850 by my great-grandfather, my grandparents lived there and my dad and his sister were born there. The apartment has been slightly renovated, it is furnished simply and functionally. In front of the chalet, there is a grassy plot, which was long the vegetable garden and the only source of income for my grandmother who became a widow prematurely.

Very quiet studio, ideal for mountain lovers. Facing cross-country ski slopes for winter, or hiking and cycling trails for the rest of the year. 5 minutes from shops, and good restaurants. Hike Gr 5, Les Cornettes de Bises. Between La Chapelle d 'Abondance and Chatel, ideally located so as not to make the crossing during influence hours... Free shuttle stop in season at 100 m. via Chatel, the Linga or La Chapelle d' Abondance.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
