Pool. Plenty of private space and lawn. All brand new. Very nice. Beach 700m. We rent only Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 days. Then 14,21 etc. no pets. Safety deposit 400 eur

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
