This lovely, spacious waterfront home is full of things to do. It is the perfect get away! Enjoy views of the Hampton River while you relax in the heated salt water pool! You may have up to eight guests with our 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Additional guests are $30 per person and an air mattress can be provided upon request. Nice Va. Beach home close to all attractions

My wife and I live on the other side of house. There are two complete separate sides of the house with a door, that shuts and locks in between, for complete privacy. You have your own entrance. We do not bother you unless you call us. The house is large (almost 4000 sqft and the guest side is 2500 sqft. The side being rented has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, living & dining room, fridge, microwave. SHARED KITCHEN. Central to all Va. Beach. No Pets. Detailed sanitation. only 25 and up can book.

Built in 2019, our home was designed to make our guests' stay enjoyable. In 2023 a Grotto waterfall feature was added with surrounding 3-foot pond. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in showers, as well as a lovely play set in the back yard. The 1st floor master closet was converted into a simple nursery with a crib and baby swing. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen size bed for parents and a space dedicated to toddlers, featuring a princess castle bed.

Family beach home with 1st floor master bedroom

This young age house has a big backyard for kids and dog running around( pet fee is $100 per stay). Decent size patio with bbq grill makes a great hangout spot. 4 bedrooms with 1 king and 3 queen beds, a pull out couch sleeper in the living room. Only 2-1/2 blocks away from the clean sand beach, you can take a walk on the beach and come home for breakfast! Perfect for your family vacation! We are not hosting any party/ event, thank you for understanding!
