Semi-detached cottage with 2 apartments of 35 sqm each with a shared outdoor room of about 20 sqm. Each part has its own kitchen and shower/toilet. A total of 10 beds. Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with bunk bed and single bed. The bedrooms are separated by a curtain. WiFi is available. Welcome to leafy Själsbo, in the countryside, close to town. Magical sunsets, lovely walks by the sea. Morning swim in the harbour, day on Brissund beach. Coffee and cake at Själsö bakery. Dinner at Krusmyntagården and an evening swim on the way home at sunset. A bit like a hotel with made beds, towels, lovely soap, shampoo and conditioner, and you don't have to clean when you leave. Villa Fågelsången - Spacious villa in Visby

Large architect-designed single-story villa on quiet and safe dead end street in a rural setting. Access to a south-facing concrete patio with a hot tub, barbecue, outdoor furniture and a hammock, with sun until late in the evening. There is also a wood-fired sauna next to the outdoor area. Proximity to nature and swimming with 10 minutes itinerary into Visby, 15 minutes to Tofta Strand, 15 minutes to Follingbo limestone quarry or 5 minutes to the nearest swimming area. Free parking on large garage driveway with access to EV charger.

Stay quiet on a farm only 10 min drive from Visby. Small cozy farmhouse, with limestone walls and lots of charm. Dining/barbecue area in the garden. Close to ICA Krampbroboden and Stora Tollby's farm shop, as well as cozy pizza place "Neighbours and weapons dragons". There is a bus to Visby or Slite 800 metres from the house, but a car is preferable as the buses don't run very often. The farm has lambs, chickens, cats, dogs and horses. Fole is located in the middle of the island, which allows all excursions to be reached in a day trip.

This is literally like living in a box. The Beach Cabin is just like a hotel room, with one double bed for two and a small lounge area. There is also a kitchenette for your convenience, equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies for you to make breakfast or a meal for two. The Cabin is situated just by the pebble beach and the sea. The faint sounds of waves will rock you to sleep at night. The bathroom is built next to this cabin with just footsteps to reach.

Newly built holiday home in Tofta södra

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, modern space. Perfect for the big family or company. Large social areas, close to beach, golf course and restaurants. The pictures were taken in 2022 when the house was newly built. Nowadays there is a nice green lawn, a simple gym with a barbell and kettlebell, and a pergola on the main house that frames the patio in a beautiful way.

Here you can watch the sun sink into the sea between the pines, enjoy barbecue evenings, take part in beach life or maybe just a quiet reading on our natural plot….
