We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the accommodation was really nice for that. It is three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

We stayed 3 days for the April 25 bridge. Petra is a super helpful and very kind person! If I had to go back to that area, I would not hesitate to contact you!

We had a fantastic stay at this airbnb. The appartment is cozy and clean, while its location is perfect and the neighbourhood is peaceful.

This homestay is next to the train station, and there is also a parking lot downstairs, so it's easy to get public transportation and a private car as a temporary place to stay.The apartment is a layout of two bedrooms and one living room, the host was also very accommodating, the host also prepared a simple breakfast for us, even if it was very late, and patiently helped. 3 day stay for a marathon : Rosaria and her husband are exceptional people, present at check-in and always available. Clean apartment in order and with the essentials. Spacious living room, new and comfortable sofa bed. Extremely quiet area. Parking in front of the house. A little narrow bed, it's a little smaller than a normal double, but those who care. Since it was convenient. Outdoor terrace very useful for eating out. About 700 meters from the sea and 800 meters from the town center. supermarkets (conad, eurospin, coop) about 700 meters away or there are shops (baker, butcher, fishmonger, fruit and vegetable, bar) around 300 meters. We'll definitely be back for the next marathon. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

We were received very flexible and friendly. The place was as shown on the pictures! A very nice house with wonderful pool. Definetly recommend.

Francesca was really welcoming! Every need has been met and sometimes anticipated. The house is very comfortable and beautiful...it allows you to experience Pesaro from the heart of the historic center. A great stay!!

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Very good location and from the house you could see San Marino as well as small town Verucchio. Very good place to enjoy the peaceful house and feel the interaction with nature. Chiara is a very warm-heart host and patient to answer our questions. Her pets are also very friendly. I will recommend this apartment to everyone:)

We had a great time at Tommaso's place. Ideally located, quiet and full of birdsong, this place is perfect for walking or driving around. We understood why Tommaso is a great host: available and warm, he told us great places to walk and must-see cities, and since we didn't have time to visit everything we will have to come back! Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! Everything is impeccable, professional managers... than you can want more. I want to emphasize the tranquility and silence that have pleasantly characterized our stay that are often missing in the accommodation facilities located in the historic centers.

Accommodation in a decentralized hamlet, but close to Faenza and excellent solution for those who want to visit the city on the occasion of the Palio or events such as Argillà
