Maintained to ensure comfort, this farmhouse has retained its 19th-century character. There is an adjoining garage with a Type 2 charging station.

Le Petit Poulailler, a 35 m² micro-house on two levels, is the most cozy of them. Warning: in winter, the indoor temperature peaks at 19°.
