Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Stefano is a great host, responsive and easy to communicate and helpful. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and completely renovated and is a modern house. It’s in 5 minutes walking distance from Metro B that is a big advantage in Roma. Highly recommended

Muy bonita la casa y una zona con mucho transporte público para ir al centro. Unos anfitriones muy detallistas, dejan comida y todo tipo de necesidades que se agradece mucho. La única pega que pondría , por decir algo, es que por la mañana entra luz. En resumen , la estancia increíble y recomendaría este apartamento.

L’appartamento è in una zona centralissima ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla ed è dotato di tutti i comfort! Lorenzo è stato fin da subito un host estremamente disponibile e gentile. Soggiorno raccomandato!

It was nice and easy

Die U terkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir kamen ein bisschen später an als gedacht und Flavio war sehr flexibel und ist dann auf die abgemachte Zeit mit den Schlüsseln gekommen und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man zum kochen, schlafen etc. Braucht. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und die Altstadt sowie der Bahbhof Bracciano ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und innerhalb einer Stunde kommt man mit dem Zug nach Rom. Als die Stadt kurzfristig einen Wasserunterbruch angesagt hat, hat uns Flavio informiert und abends sogar noch einen Kanister vorbeigebracht was sehr lieb war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vielen Dank und gerne ein anderes Mal wieder :).

The pictures do not do this place justice. Hosts were extremely flexible and accommodating. Bathrooms were amazing, super comfortable beds. We would stay for over a month if we could!

L'alloggio è delizioso, molto suggestivo e confortevole, con pareti in pietra e un mix di dettagli antichi e moderni. La posizione è ottima, dà su una strada silenziosa , appena si apre la porta dell'appartamento lo scorcio sulla piazza del borghetto è incantevole, a pochi passi si può trovare un bar e un alimentari. Valerio ci ha dato le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e ha risposto solerte. Unico piccolo neo, la casa si fredda molto inverno e bisogna tenere il condizionatore ad alta temperatura più o meno fisso. Nel complesso esperienza molto gradevole e appagante, torneremo sicuramente!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Alloggio appena ristrutturato, molto ordinato e pulito. Vicino a Roma e parcheggio comodo da trovare vicino alla casa. Inoltre dotato di ampi spazi e tutti i servizi necessari.

Isabella is an amazing host - was very flexible and quick to respond. I booked the place last minute and Isabella got it ready by my arrival. The place was spotless and clean. it had everything you needed and having a washer was a nice touch. The location is ideal for the north of Rome. You can walk around everywhere and there are amazing restaurants and bakeries nearby. The house itself is huge a lot of space and you don’t feel crammed. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful and the room is comfortable. Having coffee on the balcony was a nice touch.

Ottimo appartamento gestito da Mauro, che è un host davvero super! La località di Castel'Azzara è immersa nel verde, nella maremma e domina dalla sua altezza le colline circostanti. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti da borghi più turistici, arredato in maniera perfetta e offre tutto quello che serve. Mauro è un proprietario eccellente, prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti e molto cordiale. Stra consigliato!

Tolle Wohnung und tolle Gastgeber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und ich kann jedem empfehlen zu Gast bei federica und Francesca zu sein

Posto molto bello e pulito. La cordialità di Agostino e della sua famiglia. Posizione strategica per visitare i vari punti di interesse.

Simonetta è un host perfetto, che ti fa sentire come se stessi soggiornando da un’amica, sempre pronta a darti consigli ma lasciandoti privacy e libertà. Il posto è rigenerante per chi vuole tranquillità. I borghi lì intorno sono uno più bello dell’altro(Roccantica, Casperia), e Farfa (forse il più bello) dista a nemmeno mezz’ora. A circa 2,5 km consiglio Bar C’È , ottimo per pranzi (amatriciana assolutamente da provare) con vista fantastica e cene con pinsa favolosa e mega panini di hamburger oltre ad arrosticini ecc… La proprietaria Valentina fa la differenza… Insomma so dove soggiornare e mangiare quando avrò nuovamente voglia di staccare dal caos cittadino andare a comprare buon olio nei frantoi li intorno

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Excellent séjour , la résidence est impeccable et très calme . L’appartement est génial , fonctionnel et bien équipé . Il y’a une grande terrasse sans vis à vis . La chambre est équipé d’un bon lit et de store électrique occultant. L’isolation est parfaite, il n’y a aucun bruit gênant et ça c’est vraiment bien. Il y a aussi un grand centre commercial à 5 minutes à pieds.

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Excelente lugar para la estado, lugar tranquilo, cerca a la estación del tren. Anfitrión amable y atenta siempre ante cualquier duda o consulta. Muy recomendado.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.
