Holiday rentals with a patio in Vitré

We stayed at Anne's apartment for the France Juniors Swimming Championships and it was perfect. It is well located and close to the Bréquigny pool. Great apartment, clean, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated. Anne is very responsive and was really accommodating for our departure. We recommend it.

Ideal location for our stay, house in excellent condition, tastefully renovated,matches the photos, a cooconing impression! Self check-in with lockbox . Quiet house despite the proximity to the road, well insulated, excellent heating. Many shops are within walking distance. Fully enclosed outdoor space, friendly on sunny days! I recommend this rental without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay at this place. Very good communication with Benjamin who is a very attentive host. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and the patio is very nice. We were with 5 cars and we managed to park in very close and free parking spaces. A 30-minute walk from Place des Lices, the apartment is well placed for walking around Rennes.

We had a great stay. We primarily chose it because of the convenience of free private parking under the building which was very convenient, but also found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rennes and there is a nearby pharmacy, grocery store and plenty of other shops too. It is also very close to the Musée de Bretagne and library which was great for our young son. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen too.

Great stay, everything was fine! The host was super nice and available, we feel like they put heart into the place. It's quiet, clean, nice, it quickly feels good. Honestly, it's more than just an Airbnb, it's a place you want to come back.

Briag and Sandrine are attentive and make sure that the stay is pleasant. The place is spotless and functional, and the place is just perfect for relaxing. Its location is ideally located for going to Rennes or the coast. I recommend it without a problem.

The host sent us clear instructions before we arrived and left plenty of useful information in a binder available. The accommodation is in the center while being quiet thanks to the small courtyard. That's lovely. You feel at home at Nadine's home, it's warm, clean, there's everything you need for a great stay.

Brigit and Phillippe welcomed us personally and showed us around. In addition, we got tips for local activities. The location is beautifully decorated, preserving the character of the original property with all the comforts of modern facilities. This location is definitely worth a visit!

We loved this place! We wish we had been able to stay longer! The property conversion is fantastic and the result of some incredible work. The host was very welcoming and even left us with some fresh bread, butter and jam! We loved the location. Very private but with the host nearby in case we needed anything. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome also. The place cosy, we even got to watch some English TV! We will be back and next time we will stay longer!
