Village house, located in a quiet lane, parking in the peripheral streets free. With all the comforts for a small family. A few streets from all shops (Restaurants, Bakery ...) In the summer season, the municipal swimming pool and the Mini-Golf course are open. Not far from the most beautiful village in France 2021, Fresnay sur Sarthe, 15 minutes away, and the Alpes Mancelles, 30 minutes away, which offer magnificent visits. Charmante petite maison au cœur de la campagne sartoise, située à 5 mn de Beaumont sur Sarthe, alliant le charme de l'ancien avec ses poutres, ses pierres apparentes et sa cheminée, une décoration soignée et le confort moderne avec toutes ses commodités. In a house rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century having preserved part of the vault of a 16th century chapel, you can enjoy on the ground floor a cozy living room with wood stove as well as a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a lovely mezzanine bedroom with sink and corner bathtub.
