Private Sauna & Balneotherapy in the Heart of Le Mans Charlotte and I are delighted to welcome you to our apartment, which has been completely redesigned with your comfort and well-being in mind, located in the very heart of Le Mans. We have transformed a former paint shop into a contemporary and welcoming space, combining historic charm with modernity. Every detail has been thought through to ensure you have an unforgettable experience, whether it’s for a romantic getaway, a holiday with friends, or a business trip.

Charming 50 m2 cottage in the wing of the house

Welcome, Equidistant from Le Mans and Alençon (25 minutes) Departing from La Petite Reine (bike loop) 1h30 from the landing beaches and 2h15 from Mont St Michel. Whether it's for the MotoGP or the 24 Hours of Le Mans, you'll find plenty of parking space. A spacious entrance, a kitchenette with bar, TV, fridge, hob and microwave. Pizzas + Restaurants nearby 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, bathroom, toilet Tea/coffee and breakfast included.

Cozy little townhouse

Village house, located in a quiet lane, parking in the peripheral streets free. With all the comforts for a small family. A few streets from all shops (Restaurants, Bakery ...) In the summer season, the municipal swimming pool and the Mini-Golf course are open. Not far from the most beautiful village in France 2021, Fresnay sur Sarthe, 15 minutes away, and the Alpes Mancelles, 30 minutes away, which offer magnificent visits. Circuit of the 24 hours of Le Mans at 30 minutes.

Blue Cottage

Charmante petite maison au cœur de la campagne sartoise, située à 5 mn de Beaumont sur Sarthe, alliant le charme de l'ancien avec ses poutres, ses pierres apparentes et sa cheminée, une décoration soignée et le confort moderne avec toutes ses commodités. Habitation avec jardin privatif intimiste, à l'abri des regards, équipé de bains de soleil, de salons de jardin, d’une table de ping-pong et d'un barbecue, le tout dans un environnement très calme au milieux des champs.

Quiet country house

On the ground floor you will find: - a living room with sofa and TV. - a bedroom with a double bed, from which you can access a floor (quite steep miller's staircase) where you will have a double BZ bed and an extra bed. - a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. - a kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, coffee maker (filter and Dolce Gusto), microwave, dishwasher. Upstairs (access to another staircase), you will have 2 more bedrooms with double beds.

3 bedroom townhouse

Characterful house in a small country town, fully restored in 2024, located 10 min from Alençon, 8 min from the Leclerc center, 7 min from Carrefour Market, 15 min from the Mancelle Alps, and about forty minutes from Le Mans. On the ground floor a dining room with wood stove, a toilet, a fitted kitchen and a large master suite with a 180 bed as well as a private shower room, upstairs a TV lounge as well as 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and a shower room + toilet.

The house is located between Le Mans (24 Hours cars, motorcycles, trucks, Cité Plantagenêt, Papéa Parc) and Alençon (Normandy region, Cité des Ducs) and 8 minutes from the highway. Enjoy the banks of Sarthe, discover the Alpes Mancelles, atypical villages, castles, lakes and forests. Our fully equipped house is happy to accommodate business travelers. Shops nearby (2 km). On the grounds: small pond surrounded by a fence, remaining under adult supervision.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
