Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Plenty of room in the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub and very large. Here you can relax your soul, experience relaxing days in harmony with a wonderful nature. You can make full use of all rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Nearby you will find great hiking trails, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinct volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt cave is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).

Exclusive apartment in Hoher Vogelsberg

Feldkrücken, near Ulrichstein, is a small, non-touristy, very quiet place near the highest mountain in the Vogelsberg, the Hoher Rodkopf, 4 kilometers away. Up there, not only a wonderful panoramic view, but also a well-run restaurant with excellent cuisine offers some attractions, such as a summer toboggan run, a climbing forest, or treetop trail. There are of course also many hiking trails, including a volcano hiking trail.

Sheikh House "Living in a historic barn"

More than 20 years ago we bought the Scheiche House, a detached house in the beautiful Vogelsberg volcanic region. Formerly, the farmhouse consisted of a residential house, a stable and the barn. We have both worked in tourism and long run a holiday village. When we retired, we decided it was impossible without guests! We have always dreamed of renovating the old barn of our house – and now it was the right time.

Kitchen is small but well equipped. Street parking is free. When the weather is nice, the garden can also be used to relax. We are open, helpful and warm hosts and look forward to our visitors.
