Our blue flag beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room on the garden floor of the villa we live in is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the garden floor room of the villa, you will not have guests other than you and the garden is for your use. There are restaurants, entertainment centers and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is 15 minutes away by car. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking

The holiday house "Spiti Limnos" is located about 250 meters from the nice beach of Limnos, on the most beautiful and wildest coast of the island. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 1 single in each), kitchen, living-dining room, bathroom and a large terrace. Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
