Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path.
