Large fully equipped studio, kitchen, 160 cm bed, washing machine, separate shower room and toilet, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private outdoor terrace, barbecue, free and secure parking for cars, sheltered for bikes..., sheets and towels, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold drinks provided. The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

The studio offers 360-degree views of the rooftops of old Lyon, St Jean Baptiste Cathedral and Fourvière Hill. Here a painter worked for 25 years, it is an ideal place to dream, write, isolate yourself as a couple.
