Ontdek de landelijke charme van 't Swarte Peert! Ons gezellige zomerhuisje is de perfecte vakantiebestemming, gelegen naast onze bewoonde boerderij. Met een eigen ingang biedt dit knusse verblijf rust en comfort. In een schilderachtige omgeving aan de rivier de IJssel, op slechts 15 minuten rijden van het historische Deventer, verwelkomt ons zomerhuisje je met open armen. De eenvoudige, maar comfortabele inrichting zorgt voor een ontspannen ambiance, perfect om even helemaal tot rust te komen.

Deventer Diekschuur

Ons gastenverblijf is helemaal nieuw, wij hebben een bestaande schuur verbouwd tot een ruim en modern gastenverblijf van ongeveer 50 m2. Dit gastenverblijf is geschikt voor 2 personen en beschikt over alle faciliteiten die het comfort bieden die u nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf. Wij wonen zelf naast het verblijf maar het is volledig afgescheiden van elkaar . Parkeren is gratis en voor de deur en we hebben ook beschikking tot het opladen van uw elektrische auto. Inchecken vanaf 15 uur .

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car at the house and on request we provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come stay!

Relax in this fine, stylish space. We would like to welcome you to the beautiful Landgoed Sterrebosch in the newly built barn, a stone's throw away from the IJssel in Twello. This barn includes 6 double rooms with their own sanitary facilities. From here there are many starting options such as beautiful hiking and cycling routes, e.g. along the IJssel, a day to the Hanseatic city of Deventer, the sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe.

Brand-new, small-scale guesthouse in the heart of nature! Beautifully surrounded by water, with a lovely view of a stork’s nest that is inhabited year-round. A perfect base for exploring the IJssel region and the Veluwe. Our accommodations are also located along some of the most scenic cycling and hiking routes. The charming Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are within cycling distance. Prefer to relax? Thermen Bussloo is just around the corner.

Lovely detached guest house with its own entrance and south-facing terrace. You will sleep in a double box spring bed with a good topper. There is also an extra double sofa bed in the living room. You have a very complete kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Free parking. Close to the city of Deventer. Optionally, there are 2 city bikes with 3 gears for rent.

Sleep in an old barn at Wezeveld Estate

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. In a side room of this national monumental farm a beautiful guesthouse has been realized. In this former stable there is now plenty of room for 4 people + a baby. The low beamed ceiling (2.15 to the beams) gives a cozy and atmospheric feeling. The 80m2 outdoor space offers both sun and shade and is equipped with a picnic table with parasol and lounge sofa.
