De Villa is onder architectuur gebouwd en werkelijk uniek. Buiten en binnen lopen in elkaar over. Prachtig is de zeer grote centrale ruimte met open haard. Hier omheen liggen de slaapkamers met Auping Kingsize bedden en TV. De Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Tegen betaling toegang wellness.

In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the groynes. In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric centre of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

Live in a farmhouse with our pigs Kees & Koos who would love to be cuddled! Often we have chicks with the chickens, every day definitely a fresh egg and a vegetable garden from which you can get your fresh vegetables. That in combination with an (electric) cargo bike + (electric)ladies bike that are at your disposal to discover the Veluwe (LOTS OF WILDLIFE)! Are you coming to enjoy this beautiful place in this beautiful area? THE LEAVES COLOR BEAUTIFULLY GOLD/YELLOW IN THE FALL AGAIN!

Located on the beautiful Europarcs/Dreompark Beekbergen between Veluwe and IJsselvallei in the backyard of the Randstad, family villa Groenlust is the ideal base for a wonderful weekend away or a fantastic holiday. Something for everyone ... beautiful nature for cycling, hiking or relaxing, nice (hanseatic)cities nearby and enough museums to sniff culture. There is also plenty to do in the park, such as swimming, tennis or the playground and dining in the restaurant or snack bar.

Beautiful detached house just 8min walk from the center. This family home offers the perfect base for all the highlights on the Veluwe and beautiful cycling routes in nature! Family house with 4 bedrooms with three double beds and a 4th bedroom with single bed. The large enclosed garden, with sun all day, offers all privacy to enjoy a delicious drink after a wonderful day. Parking space on private property. Sweet cat lives here and needs to eat 2x/day.

We have 8 beds (4 double beds and 1 single small bed), all kind off toys, a trampoline and a swing in the living room! You can go in to the nature for a walk in 5 minutes, you can bycicle on the Veluwe or you can go to musea in historical cities. We warmly welcome you in Zutphen and The Veluwe
