Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Am Walde is the perfect mountain escape for family and friends looking to bathe in nature on the ‘Balcony of the Montafon’. From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

The spacious attic apartment (3rd floor) "Oskar" is located right in the heart of Bregenz. Within a few minutes walk (400 m) is the Pfänderbahn (the Bregenz local mountain), the harbor incl. Train station as well as the center of downtown Bregenz. The large bedrooms as well as the spacious living and dining area give the old building in the middle of the city of Bregen a lot of charm and are therefore the ideal place for staying at Lake Constance or Vorarlberg.

We are renting out our attic flat with the charm of "holidays in grandma's time". It consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. (Swimming pools and mountain railways) Our holiday home is in an idyllic, secluded location, surrounded by 2 hectares of natural meadow and encircled by a healthy mixed forest. Birds, deer and foxes can be regularly seen here.
