There are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor)

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

Private terrace on the sunny side with BBQ facilities. Underfloor heating and accessible shower ensure a cozy living climate. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a cot.

From the hall you enter the bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski area with ski boot dryers and the sauna and summer the bikes can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.
