Welcome to the Eutopia Circus! We invite you to enjoy a magical holiday in a lovingly converted circus caravan. This is located on the island of Ummanz in the middle of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park and offers a magnificent view of the island of Hiddensee. The living space of more than 30 square meters as well as the comfortable almost luxurious expansion allow a unique holiday feeling. Enjoy your time on the 20-square-metre covered terrace. You also have access to a large, furnished barbecue area. So why settle for a plastic paradise on your holiday? While the motorhome is ideal for a couple's holiday, it can accommodate up to 4 people when the living room bed is folded out. Of course, if you prefer, you can also make do with the tent.

Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Sun lounger, view of the wide field, red sunsets, campfire... Anyone who associates these words with vacation will surely have a great time with us.

Listing description We, the Kenkel family, have been living in the old mansion from 1938 since 2006, which of Frl. Paula Rath was built as an economic house to Dammerstorfer Gut and sold in 1942 to the plane builder Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2ha farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20 km east of Rostock and 30 km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of a mixed forest about 600 hectares. The 3 approx. 150 sqm gr. We provide parking spaces for caravans etc..

Relaxing vacation in a caravan

We invite you to relax in nature. Our cozy trailer is standing alone on a large meadow. On our farm next door there are 2 cats and 1 English bulldog. She is very in need of love and is happy about every visitor, but is not allowed to go over alone in the meadow. Our rabbits are happy with hard bread and potato peelings. We also have sheep with their lambs that are on the farm or near the farm depending on the food level. Several swimming lakes are right around the corner.

Bungalow in the green pine forest 2 minutes from the Baltic Sea

If you're looking for a cosy spot just two minutes from the Baltic Sea, you've found your paradise here on the island of Rügen. We are renting out our simple but cosy bungalow, which has two rooms with space for 4–5 people. There is an additional campsite fee of approx. €17.50 per person per day. You can have breakfast, barbecue, etc. on the terrace. There are other bungalows in the small wooded area, but you can reach quiet, beautiful forest paths in just a few minutes.

Small camper on private property

For those who have no demands, this small, simple trailer for 1-2 people on a private property is perfect. Water extraction as well as shower/toilet (shared) are available in the outbuilding. The Baltic Sea is about 6 km away. A lot of nature, a bike path, bakery and ice cream parlor are located in the village. A kite school is also located on the premises. The beautiful terrace can be used for breakfast in the morning sun. The coffee is available fresh on site.

A private hot tub and your own garden furniture invite you to relax. Bed linen & towels included.

Our approximately 5000 square meter, lovingly maintained orchard is located on the outskirts of town and is therefore a great place to relax and watch numerous birds. This is where the fox and the hare actually say goodnight to each other and in the morning you are woken up by the chirping of birds. On hot summer days you can enjoy shade under a beautiful canopy of leaves. Various seating areas, a grill, smoker and a fire pit are also available.

Enjoy a vacation on our orchard meadow in rural idyll. Here you can be for yourself and relax. The camper has a cozy sitting area overlooking the horse paddock, a small kitchenette, solar power and a double bed. In the nearby manor house (about 100 m) are the toilets and the shared bathroom as well as the possibility to use Wi-Fi. The extensive property with a park invites you to explore & relax.

We rent out our fully equipped camping car. It is located at the Rostock Heide campground. Otherwise, there are several sanitary facilities on the campground. The icing on the cake is of course the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, which is only 100 m away.
