There is a construction trailer in our orchard! A place for people who want to get away from everyday life for a moment. If you like, you can meet animals, observe them or simply be part of this place. Children are also welcome here. They can discover nature, get to know animals and experience where eggs come from. Our municipality is a "quiet area" according to § 47d of the Federal Immission Control Act, i.e. there is no traffic, industrial, commercial or leisure noise. It's really quiet here!

ELLA construction trailer in the Mecklenburg Lake District

Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Sun lounger, view of the wide field, red sunsets, campfire... Anyone who associates these words with vacation will surely have a great time with us.

Listing description We, the Kenkel family, have been living in the old mansion from 1938 since 2006, which of Frl. Paula Rath was built as an economic house to Dammerstorfer Gut and sold in 1942 to the plane builder Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2ha farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20 km east of Rostock and 30 km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of a mixed forest about 600 hectares. My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

Circus wagon, coast

Beautiful now in spring! Pure romance indoors, and wind and spring buds outdoors. The restoration of my beautiful circus caravan was completed three years ago, and it is now ready to welcome some lovely guests. It is 3 km to the Baltic Sea, the meadow is shared with two relaxed sheep and next door there are chickens without a loud rooster. The composting toilet is the hit. A bag that you hang outside is currently serving as a refrigerator. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Our approximately 5000 square meter, lovingly maintained orchard is located on the outskirts of town and is therefore a great place to relax and watch numerous birds. This is where the fox and the hare actually say goodnight to each other and in the morning you are woken up by the chirping of birds. On hot summer days you can enjoy shade under a beautiful canopy of leaves. Various seating areas, a grill, smoker and a fire pit are also available.

Small and cozy on the Baltic Sea

Ideal for cyclists and the Baltic Sea is only 300 m away. The place is practically furnished. Kitchen with gas stove, heating, small bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a double bed as well as a bunk bed for children. Storage for wheels are there. Please remember that a mobile home does not offer the same comfort as a fully equipped house. Camper "The First"

We offer our caravan to all guests who love camping. The beach is 3 km away, shopping and a pharmacy are 1 km away. Two cheerful hosts with 2 dogs and lots of nature await you. The new wash house was newly built in 2021. (Hot water runs through a coin-operated machine. The coins can be bought from us). The caravan is a smoking caravan. You can also have drinks in our "smoking corner" with a cozy game of darts.

Enjoy a vacation on our orchard meadow in rural idyll. Here you can be for yourself and relax. The camper has a cozy sitting area overlooking the horse paddock, a small kitchenette, solar power and a double bed. In the nearby manor house (about 100 m) are the toilets and the shared bathroom as well as the possibility to use Wi-Fi. The extensive property with a park invites you to explore & relax.
