Altefähr - Seebad auf Rügen am Strelasund

Das Seebad Altefähr liegt auf Deutschlands größter Insel Rügen, am Strelasund gelegen und fast ganzjährig per Fähre direkt mit der historischen Hafenstadt Stralsund gegenüber verbunden. Das Haus ist Teil des Ferienparks Sonnengarten, gerade zwei Jahre alt und mit modernster Ausstattung. Unsere Haushälfte hat über 80 Quadratmeter auf zwei Etagen und ist damit der größte Haustyp, mit Platz für fünf Personen. Altefähr ist ein Ort für Wassersport, Angler, jede Form von Aktivurlaub - und Strand.

Ferienhaus „Küstenliebe“ Stralsund (Ostsee)

Das 2019 errichtete Haus liegt am Rande eines kleinen Ferienhaus-Gebietes und hat eine große Terrasse. Die liebevoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem großen Bett, TV und Kommode ausgestattet. Im Bad im OG gibt es eine Regendusche und eine Badewanne mit traumhafter Aussicht. Der geräumige Essbereich im UG mit Kamin lädt zum Relaxen ein. Und in der kalten Jahreszeit lässt es sich in der Sauna perfekt entspannen! Komm vorbei und entdecke den Strand und noch so viel mehr!

Nyd en hyggelig ferie på landet - på UNESCOs biosfær område, tæt på middelalderbyen Stege, i nærheden af vandet og midt i naturen. Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Die Suite, benannt nach dem letzten Hausherren, verfügt mit ihren 85m² über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und freistehender Badewanne. Nach 1 km sind Sie im Zentrum der Altstadt mit dem gotischen Rathaus und anderen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Tourismuszentrale und zahlreichen Restaurants.

Optimalt område til havørredfiskeri. Vandreruten 'Camønoen' går lige forbi. Huset er moderne indrettet og har op til 8 sovepladser.
