Casa clean, rustic style; illuminated, practical, with full kitchen; solar energy; fireplace; stove and wood-burning oven. Four bedrooms, 6 beds, sleeps 8. Pleasant balcony with barbecue and pizza oven. The third bathroom is external and serves the pool The period for booking Christmas, New Year's and Carnival is at least 5 nights. The pool has a heat exchanger that must be contracted separately if the guest is interested. The paddleboard is for personal use.

The house has basic items such as: refrigerator, microwave, stove (without oven), pots, cutlery, bedding, Wi-Fi. The house is in the back of mine, so it's a family atmosphere. The location is quiet. *The TV only works with mirroring via cell phone *We do not have a garage * Visitors and animals are forbidden. *I do not recommend the stay for adults and young children because of the stairs that make it difficult to move around the environment.
