Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

Quiet apartment near the sea

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the beautiful beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. There is a huge terrace immersed in greenery with a bbq at your disposal. Comfortable residence with stunning views

The house is located in a lush area with stunning views just 5 minutes by car from Skiathos Town. The house is divided into two levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace which has a dining table and magnificent views. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Outside there is a large garden with parking space, barbecue and rest areas. There is no public transport.

Alta Marea is located in the Alta Marea area, which is about 20 minutes (by car) from Patitiriya and 8 minutes from Alta Vala, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Less than 50m from the house there is a quiet beach, without people. However, if one wants something more intense, 1 km away is the famous Saint Dimitrios beach. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of the narrow Peristera.

Right across from the town of Skopelos, at a height of 250m, in the area of Santa Marina, you can find the traditional (100 years old fully renovated) cottage “Anemelia” (Carefreeness). Our house is in a lovely location on Skopelos Chora. The external large terrace offers wonderful views over the harbor and the traditional village. In total the house has 3 spacious bedrooms each one with double beds and one of them has a loft with two single beds. The house has 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
