The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. In the living room there is a corner sofa that turns into a bed for two people. It has a heater for heating in the winter, while the house is very cool in the summer.
