Kuca je spoj ruralnog šarma i moderne udobnosti: bazen, jacuzzi, biljar, veliki vrt s prostorom za opuštanje, vanjski roštilj, vinograd, stabla trešanja i smokava, preko 60 stabala maslina, mediteranskog cvijeća i začinskog bilja.

Kućica je smještena na osami u uvali Doca na otoku Murteru, u potpunoj izolaciji. This brand new villa is located in a quiet location close to nearby beaches, restaurants , supermarkets and bars. The house consists of two bedrooms, living room with dinning room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the pool is private. Our guests have free parking, WiFi and barbecue. The Krka national park and the Kornati national park are located in our surroundings.

Vasantina Stone House

This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.

The house is blended with the nature and the use of resources from the nature of the stream (solar panels) and water (rainwater). The house is ideal for active holidays, quiet and no noise, traffic, neighbors and the Internet. Guests can use the fireplace where they can enjoy a variety of grill specialties.
