Apartment house with 4 apartments, located in the quiet bay of Mudri Dolac on Hvar. The property is located 100 m from the sea. It has its own parking, internet and the possibility of using the grill and pool. The apartment is located on the first floor and overlooks the sea. It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a terrace. Children of all ages are welcome. A fee is charged through Airbnb for children over 2 years of age. For children under two years of age, a request for payment of the fee will be sent later.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Oliva - Cool loft studio

This apartment was freshly renovated in 2025. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
