SFIDA Residence

SFIDA Residence is a luxury facility in the old town of Korcula that contains a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. By reconstructing the existing building, SFIDA Residence retained all the original elements of the construction, and with modern design and technology, it was transformed into a luxuriously equipped holiday residence. SFIDA Residence is equipped with WI-FI internet, LCD TVs, and all rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating.

Smještaj ima privatni parking uz sami objekt. Sastoji se od velikog dnevnog boravka , opremljenog dvosjedom s madracem na razvlačenje, TV-om ravnog ekrana, potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , kupatilom i jedinstvenom spavaćom sobom ,u prostoriji koja je u prošlosti bila bunar pa u vrućim ljetnim mjesecima pruža potpuno prirodno osvježenje.

Two bedroom flat has two spacious bedrooms with hardwood flooring-each with large, en-suit bathroom. The open plan kitchen/dining and living area have direct access to a terrace filled with flowers. Open picture windows and French doors allow sunlight and fresh scent of pines and the sea into the whole villa. The apartment therefore has a feel that indoors and outdoors merge and you will be close to nature. The porch offeres stunning seaview and open part of the terrace amazing starry sky view.

Our cozy apartment is located close to the center of Komiža old town. Free private parking is available right next to the house. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance from the main road. It takes a short walk down to the waterfront. Waterfront is beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food in restaurants, have a cold drink on a hot day or simply enjoy the view of a charming fisherman’s town. Honestly, Komiža is a small place.. all within a ten minute walk.
