Grad Stari Grad je vrlo blizu i sve što vam treba možete tamo nabaviti. U gradu imate dva marketa, tržnicu, ljekarnu ... U sklopu objekta gostima je na raspolaganju okućnica površine 2000 m2 s grijanim bazenom, roštiljem i vrtom. Besplatan Wi Fi, Netflix (TV u svim prostorijama), parking u sklopu objekta.

Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. It is easy to get to by ferry from Split and Dubrovnik. I can promise you a truly memorable vacation. David

Two further bedrooms (double and twin) both with en-suite bathrooms. Small dipping pool perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Newly fitted shaker kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Air conditioning throughout. Easy free parking close by. A perfect base for exploring Hvar.

Stone house with terrace, garden and sea view

It is a 300-year-old stone house lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open to the ground, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, granant apple and almond tree and another seat. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking to the house about 150 m.
