The house is on a car-free square, and around the corner is a lovely city playground. The shops, market, Binnendieze, museums, parade, the station, but also the Bossche broek are 5 to 15 minutes walk from this house. This house is an 80s house, but it is located in the middle of the historic city center. There are plenty of hiking and biking possibilities. Workroom available.

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary vacation home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in a part of a long gable farm, where once was the cow barn and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".
