"Casa Alicudi" si trova nelle campagne dell'isola di Lipari in una zona molto tranquilla della frazione di Pianoconte distante dal centro di Lipari circa 5km lontana dal caos del periodo estivo, immersa nel verde con intorno terreno di proprietà adibito a vigneto, alberi da frutto ed ortaggi stagionali. Dal tetto della struttura si può ammirare uno splendido tramonto sulle isole piu ad Ovest dell'arcipelago Alicudi e Filicudi, mentre a sud si vede la costa della Sicilia e l'isola di Vulcano.

Villa Beatrice is located 7 mn walk from the sea and from the centre of Malfa. It is also possible to rend the adjacent house (Villa Beatrice) to obtain 11+3 sleeps

The house is located in the area called 'Cappero'. The house was originally built in 1900 and was refurbished in 2012. It is a traditional Aeolian style villa. Facing the front yard is a wooden awning supported by Aeolian style pillars called 'pulera'. The seafront terrace overlooking the Vulcano Island is surrounded by a low-rising platform called 'bisola' delicately adorned with Sicilian ceramic tiles. The house is surrounded by 1500 square metres of garden space.
