In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Rantaan 50m, ei laituria, mökin vierestä menee rantaan tie / polku, jonka kohdalta oikealle rantaa voi käyttää. Rannalla soutuvene, joka yhteiskäytössä Koliwood A:n kanssa. Rakentamaton rantaviiva jatkuu todella pitkälle ja vasta 500m päässä tulee vastaan camping alue.
