Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

We very much enjoyed our stay!! The entrance doors are so unique and special, and the apartment was perfect! We traveled with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were greeted with very clear instructions to the property and parking. We arrived very late at night, and had no issues with getting into the apartment. The teenagers were thrilled to find treats left for us. We especially love the special touch of the postcards of the property! There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. We highly recommend this apartment.

Really impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. My only callout is expect to be surrounded by other guests, especially at the communal spaces outside – table, grill, etc. We overlapped with two different friend groups staying in a few of the properties, but everyone was really respectful and quiet. Just close quarters!

Very warm atmosphere, lots of thoughtful touches, sparkling clean, fast response time, and friendly host. Highly recommend!

This is our first AirBnB experience. Communication with KC in advance was great. The place is very nicely decorated, so we felt very comfortable right away. Our children liked the children's room very much and I liked the veranda. Our kids are very bright and loud and that's certainly a challenge for hosts. We are therefore glad that there were no complaints. The area is very nice and quiet. We will be happy to come back.

We were in town for a figure skating competition. The layout was perfect for enough privacy traveling with a teammate and the house was super clean and cozy. House was super quaint and beautifully restored!!! We loved the picturesque area, proximity to shopping malls and great restaurants AND local skating rinks. One of our best stays ever, thanks to the attentive host — we will absolutely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Dorry’s place! The living room and kitchen is surprisingly spacious and feels so open & inviting because of the outdoor deck space and view of water. We hope to be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

We had an amazing stay - the house is spotless clean and very well organized, the kids loved discovering the hidden nook in their bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the deck. It was also lot’s of fun to use the canoes with the kids. Finally, the decoration of the house was lovely and made our stay very agréable. Thank you Carrie!

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

What a great house! This house was perfect for my family of 5. There was plenty of space and it was so well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens were great. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to LI!

This place is absolutely serene. It is beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed all of it. The only caveat, which is a blessing and curse, is that there are no window covers. The downstairs living room and sitting den don't have curtains or shades. This limits the privacy and everyone can see in. However, when the light hits, it is a magnificent view. We would love to book this in the summer because it was so family friendly.

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

My stay at Julie’s was wonderful, I was always able to message and get a quick response she was very accommodating. The view was beautiful and felt comfy like home. I will definitely be returning in the summer once it’s warmer !

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Amazing little spot next to the beach ⛱️. The host were super sweet and very responsive to any issues we had. It's just as pretty as it looks in the photos. I had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.
