From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Dinner on the terrace or at the large kitchen table makes every day perfect. In just under 10 minutes you can walk to the lake shore. Dogs are welcome! For a small fee, we also provide a garage and early check-in.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only about 15 minutes' walk from the town centre. In summer, children play on the street, walkers pass by relaxed – a pleasant, grown settlement with a lot of charm. Here you can switch off wonderfully and enjoy the evening relaxing on the bench in front of the house.
