For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for family holidays, group excursions and mountain enthusiasts. Whether on the ski slope in winter, on the toboggan run, or for cross-country skiing, as well as in summer for biking, hiking or walking through beautiful forest paths.
