The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights on the east side, very convenient transportation, bus station is just at the door, highway is 5 minutes, airport is 20 minutes, downtown and Auckland War Museum are 15 minutes, half moon bay is 7 minutes, Lloyd Elsmore park is only 3 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy sunshine, grass, trails, swimming, gym, duck pool and children's playground, next to Highland Park shopping mall, big foreigner supermarket and Chinese supermarket.The nearest shopping mall Pakuranga Plaza is just a four-minute drive away, with a night market every Saturday at 6pm, an eight-minute drive from Botany Downs shopping mall and a 10-minute drive from Sylvia Park shopping mall. This suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. It is equipped with a kitchenette with simple cooking. The room is equipped with air conditioning, HD TV, a guest-only refrigerator and free fiber optic WiFi. There is a large number of free parking spaces on the roadside.Brand new bedding, washed after each guest's departure to ensure that the room is clean and tidy, we also have milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruits as breakfast for the first three days of stay.The laundry room is on the owner's side and we are open when needed.

Charming studio with amazing sea views

Charming 1 bed self-contained studio overlooking Onetangi Beach. The north-facing deck has sweeping views towards the Coromandel Peninsular and a hot tub for guests exclusive use. The studio stands separate from the owners residence and gets all-day sun, and has a recently refurbished bathroom. If you are not coming by car we recommend that you hire a car so that you can get to vineyards,restaurants and places of interest on the island. Electric bikes can also be hired from Onya bikes.

My place is a 2 bedroom with queen bed in each room. Self contained with lounge and own bathroom. The BNB is downstairs in my family home. There is no kitchen in the bnb, only kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. The laundry, I use when quests are not home. Close to restaurants, dining and the beach. You’ll love my place, the outdoors , and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families, off street parking for the car.
