Holiday rentals with breakfast in Waiheke Island

Gorgeous view and lovely pool and spa! We really enjoyed our stay here - the breakfast provisions were a super lovely touch! Excellent location on Waiheke too - we actually preferred staying in this part of the island given the proximity to excellent vineyards, the beach and lots of terrific eateries!

They were simply amazing hosts that went well above and beyond our wildest expectations!!! It is a lovely property and they are very attentive. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone that loves a nice & welcoming property and only steps from a beautiful beach.

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Location is conveniently located near the airport. Despite being a densely populated area, the neighbourhood was extremely quiet. Master bedroom and ensuite is really modern ( seems new) and very comfy. The condo had everything we needed. Thanks!

We really liked this spacious airy apartment, nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with nice view of Mount Eden. Paula was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Trish was a Gem! She was so helpful and concerned about our comfort and rest. She provided a great place to relax and walk to the beach! Her gardens and patio were so comfortable and exciting we didn't need to go anywhere! Hope to see her again some day!

A perfect stay in Auckland. The property is in Castor Bay which is lovely and peaceful. There are lots of great restaurants nearby too. The property is very spacious, the amenities are modern and even has views of the sea from one of the bedrooms, living room/kitchen. Michaela and Andrew left milk, coffee pods, bread, eggs, jam and even Whittaker’s chocolate to have which was a lovely surprise!

We had a lovely stay stayed three nights at first and then came back for another night. It was wonderful easily walkable to town and many restaurants. It was a great spot.

We had a great week here...we did walk to town but maybe not for everyone Lovely views though

Very cozy suite with a spectacular view of the city and a great location! Jitka was very quick to respond to any questions and helpful with navigating the area. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting to visit Auckland!

Felicity was a great host, very welcoming and wanting to help with anything you could need. Her home was very tidy, and felt like an oasis of calm. The room itself was spacious with a good sized private en-suite bathroom. I enjoyed my stay with Felicity.

Antoinette and Barry were amazing hosts. The breakfast was delicious, and a big thank you for the lift to and from the ferry. We had a great stay.

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

Amazing hosts and an amazing place to stay. Gerry and Jeanette ensured our whole family felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us a ton of local information and great tips on what to do and see.

Conny’s place is just beautiful! Like being in a 5 star hotel - but also with a home away from home vibe . A friendly, responsive host and absolutely everything had been thought of. We will definitely stay again. I cannot recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Colin’s place is one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in; his hospitality is unmatched! He was super kind and picked us up from the bus stop near his house, even though it was a <10 min walk from the stop to the house. He also dropped us off at a nearby winery, saving us a bit of time :) The place itself was perfect for a one night stay in Waiheke, close to multiple bus lines and easy to navigate around. The continental breakfast was delightful as well. Highly recommended!!

Joy’s place was a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay while travelling to a wedding in the Bay of Islands. And I loved meeting the cat. Joy was a friendly and helpful host. Thank you for sharing your home Joy.
