Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Waikato

Annette was the perfect host. Friendly, responsive and accommodating. The apartment is exactly as described. There’s a modern kitchen and bathroom and the bed is comfortable. Thank you for having us Annette!

The property suited our needs perfectly. It was spacious, immaculately presented, with all needs catered for. Access was easy, with beaches and restaurants nearby.

It was a perfect airbnb for being affordable. My only give away was that on the way to the parking lot, the spiral, narrow space going down was so tight, that if you have a big car with you, you have to be careful, especially if you’re renting a car. You might scrape it. Other than that great location. Very near to the city centre and a great clean house.

Danelle was amazing in her communication with me about the place, very quick in her responses and just amazing to deal with over all. Loved it the space and place, very clean and tidy. Definitely will book with Danelle again in the future. Thanks so much for a great experience

Perfect place to stay! It was across the street from the beach. A footpath to the town area with many restaurants was right next door. It was clean and had everything we needed. Nice having 2 full bathrooms for 4 people! Thank you! What a lovely time we had!!!

We all came together for a family event and the space worked really well. It's spacious, sunny, great views, comfy beds & we had all amenities we needed. Management (hosts) were very responsive and efficient. It was very easy to enter and exit with simple clear instructions. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, right next door to spark arena, within walking distance of trains and ferries, in down town Auckland. Ceri was great to deal with, would stay in one of Ceri's appartments again.

We had such a lovely time here, very peaceful and quiet. The place was a lot bigger than what I was expecting, so that was a nice surprise. The spa pool was an added bonus, loved using it at night before bed. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place! Didnt get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked due to our outdoor activities taking up full days. But was a lovely place to come home to and relax after a long day. Happily stay again. 😊

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. it's very conveniently located close to the main area of town (10 min drive), but far enough away that it's very quiet with a beautiful backyard looking out at the lake. There are 2 very good bakeries and multiple resturants within a 5 min walk. We had a Kia Carnival rental van that we were able to easily park in the off street parking spot in front of the house. The house was very nicely stocked and had very comfortable beds. We loved all the modern touches and amenities. Danny & Aimee are fantastic hosts and are super responsive to questions. It poured rain the whole time we were there so we were not able to utilize the outdoor amenities. However we found peace in seeing the black swans swimming in the lake during the day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

What a great experience! Jill is such a great and sweet person and from the moment she opened the door, it felt like coming home. She was super helpful, explained everything perfectly and gave us lots of tips on what to do during our stay in AKL. Her place is in pristine condition and has everything you can ask for (even little things such as grocery bags are provided). And of course, there is this stunning view - you just need to experince it! If you plan to visit AKL, Jill’s place is an absolute recommendation you should not miss and we will surely be coming back.

Jasmine was an excellent host. She gave me a lot of good recommendations for food and activities. The room was excellent and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. If you're visiting Rotorua, stay here!

Where to start, Pamela is amazing. From the moment I entered the house I felt in a warm environment, as I told her, it reminds me of home. She is a great woman with lots of anecdotes and always ready to make your stay the most pleasant. The best host you can meet. You will feel at home, wherever you are from. Finally, I would recommend to everyone who is passing through the city and looking for a great place. this is it!
