The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave castle Schreez.

Small, open-plan holiday apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer.
