Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Waitomo District

This place is a true find❤️!!! While we have enjoyed our beach stays in New Zealand, this exceptional country accommodation is an absolute must for anyone traveling to NZ. There were 4 of us (my husband and I plus our 2 adult kids). The cabin was perfect for this trip AND on our next stay here we will book at their larger cabin. Both cabins are absolutely gorgeous and decorated beautifully. There are many gorgeous close hikes plus lots of drivable activities. We went to one of the Hobbit film locations (Hairy Feet Tours) just a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from our cabin. We have a stunning view of the rock cliffs from our place. I strongly suggest staying at this place as part of any trip to New Zealand. It's private, quiet, has an amazing host, and is totally first class. Simply a must!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A lovely house in a very scenic location. Comfortable and spacious and we really appreciated the laundry facilities.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and tidy. It was quiet and peaceful all around, which made it very relaxing. Everything was just like the pictures. It was a very pleasant experience, and we would love to come back again.

The cottage is in the most idyllic country setting, very private. The fire was set for our arrival with complimentary chocolate. Super comfortable beds and the house was spotlessly clean with a well appointed kitchen. We were off on the timber trail early the next morning but wished we could have hung out in this cute cottage for a lot longer.

Absolutely loved our stay, thank you so much Louise and Raz everything was perfect from the breakfast options to the comfy bed, a warm welcome and nice easy seamless checkout option we will definitely recommend and will be back for another trip! What a beautiful part of the country!

We only stayed one night, but it was exactly as described. We were spending the day at the Waitomo caves and Sandra helped us check in quickly so that we were not late. The place was clean, the hot tub was FANTASTIC, and the snacks and juice provided tasted amazing. The location is private and on a cute farm. We would recommend this to anyone spending time in the area.
