Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Our house is in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the Großvenediger. In just 5 minutes you are in the center of Neukirchen am GrV. or Wald in Pinzgau. The free ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogelbahn, the El Dorado for skiers and snowboarders and with the "probably longest illuminated natural toboggan run in the world" (14 km). We are therefore an ideal starting point for mountain hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers, cyclists and mountain bikers, or of course motorcyclists.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

My place is close to the ski slope and in summer the hiking trails. You can enjoy the most beautiful views on our 2 large sun terraces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and families (with kids). The hut is at about 1000 m above sea level with beautiful mountain panorama.
