Monthly Rentals in Walden

We loved our stay at David and Joanna's place! The apartment is truly spacious and the natural lighting is amazing which is a huge plus for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with no issues during the stay and the internet is super speedy which is great because we both work from home and had no issues. David and Joanna are also very thoughtful hosts and even shoveled the sidewalks when it snowed during our visit. The one small con is that the sound travels very easily between the apartment and the main house above. This wasn't an issue for us since we had similar waking/sleeping hours but if you're sensitive to sound, it's something to consider. Overall a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!

I loved Micheals place. We stayed for a couple months and the house was perfect. They had everything you could think of in terms of basics that were so thoughtful and made the longer term stay comfortable. He was always responsive and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone in the Chattanooga area!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sissy and Bill. The guest house seemed actually larger than the pictures showed. I was there for 2 months and had plenty of closet space and the kitchen was very well stocked. I had a problem figuring out the TV but they were there as soon as I called and showed me what to do. The area where they live is just beautiful and great for walking. There is a trail Mabbit Springs that is in walking distance and a lovely spot for a hike. I also felt very safe at the guest house and enjoyed getting to know Sissy and Bill and their family.

Derek always goes above and beyond to accommodate my family's stay during my journey to a new back. His home is always home away from home for me recovery. I 10000% recommend his home for your travels. Peaceful, quiet, homey, relaxing and well worth the cost. Best host I've ever encountered.
