Sleeps up to 3 people + baby and offers separate bedroom above the living room ( reachable on stairs ) and foldable sofa in the living room.

The spacious balcony with great views of the mountains of the Bavarian Forest and over Waldkirchen invites you to linger (sunrise! ;) ). 4-minute walk to the heart of Waldkirchen with cafes, restaurants, Garhammer department store and much more. 5-minute walk to the Karoli pool, ice rink and outdoor pool.

Im wunderschönen Bayerwald erwartet euch ein kleines Tinyhouse mit sehr gemütlicher Terrasse die zum entspannen einlädt. Egal ob wandern, langlaufen, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen, alle die die Natur lieben sind hier genau richtig. Rundherum befinden sich Wanderwege und Loipen. Vom Berg aus kann man Abends den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang genießen. Vierbeiner sind hier herzlich Willkommen. Ich freue mich darauf euch kennenzulernen, habt einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Fireplace, sloping ceilings, old beams and refined indirect lighting make the cabin a cozy retreat. Relax in a private jacuzzi and private sauna. Take a break in the forest next door or at the lake 300 meters away. In and around Waldkirchen you will find numerous cycling and hiking trails, attractions for children, shopping and very good restaurants.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Dreisessel. Der Geh- und Radweg beginnt direkt vorm Haus. Achtung: Nicht für Tierhaar-Allergiker geeignet. Für Kinder unter 6 Jahren für mehrere Tage weniger geeignet, als Zwischenstop aber perfekt. Kurtaxe inbegriffen.
