Es wartet eine nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage ca. 2 km von Stein, Kunstmeile, Donau-Uni und der Donau entfernt. Die Wohnung ist optimal für 2-4 Gäste, kann jedoch bis max. 5 Gästen belegt werden. Die Lage im Alauntal, umgeben von Wald und Bach, besticht durch Abgeschiedenheit und den Garten zum Entspannen und Spielen. Leider hat man im Haus kein und im Garten schlechtes Handynetz. Für Sportler gibt es über 1000 Kletterrouten (siehe Reiseführer) sowie schöne Radstrecken (Radraum vorhanden).

The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Sackgasse am Ortsrand und besteht aus einem Vorraum, einem großen Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit WC und Waschmaschine und einer Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung . Alle Räume sind vom Vorraum aus getrennt begehbar. Von der Wohnküche aus geht es direkt auf eine 21m2 große Holzterrasse in den Vorgarten. Vor dem Haus ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz, überall WLAN, Gartenblick.

Sie befindet sich nur 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Neulengbach entfernt. Zugverbindung nach Wien Zentrum ist optimal, allerdings zum Flughafen kompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock . Wir wohnen im Trakt daneben im Erdgeschoss. Wir stehen euch gerne auch für Tipps und Fragen zur Verfügung oder einen kleinen Plausch.

The famous Schönbrunn Palace is only 13 minutes of walking away, which makes this apartment perfect for every traveler interested in the rich viennese history and culture. Next to the Schönbrunn Palace you find the 13th district with lots of traditional viennese cafés and restaurants.

The "La vie en rose" apartment, which has 3 rooms, is very charming and lovely. It has enough space for up to 6 people. Also we do have free Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and lots of flair!
