You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Your whole family will rest in this quiet space. However, our Pension Samson is not only a perfect relaxing location, you will also be delighted by its proximity to South Bohemian monuments, such as Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, or Třeboň. Walkers will also find their own, thanks to the expansive forest, literally "a stone's throw away" from the guesthouse. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, die Unterkunft geräumig (ca 200m2 auf 2 Ebenen). Das Haus bietet problemlos Platz für 2 Familien mit einer Kapazität von 8 Personen. Der wunderschöne Garten ist ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. Große Rasenflächen ermöglichen Groß und Klein das Ballspielen.

Chalupa se nachází v těsné blízkosti lesa na polosamotě v malé vesničce Václavov. Najdete zde absolutní soukromí a klid. Ubytování je vhodné k celoroční rekreaci pro spřátelené rodiny nebo skupinu kamarádů. Je zde bazén a krásná slunná terasa. Máme wifi, parkování je hned u domu. Na zahradě najdete kryté posezení s krbem, gril, dětské houpačky, skluzavku, trampolínu, kůlnu na kola. V létě lze podnikat jak pěší, tak cyklistické výlety po České Kanadě. Město Slavonice je vzdálené 7 km.

Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Autobus Haltestelle nach Wien befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Vacation home Beerengarten

This apartment was completed in June 2017. It is located in the right wing of our farm and is directly accessible through the gate entrance. As you can see from the photos, it is furnished with beautifully restored antique farmhouse furniture. In front of our farm there is a pretty garden under a large chestnut tree, where a nice garden seating area can be set up for at any time. As a very special offer, we also have the possibility to vacation here with your horse!

Můžete se romanticky projet po rybníku na loďce, nebo si zahrát pingpong :-) Kdo si chce užít přírodu na maximum, může se koupat přímo v rybníku s písečným vstupem. Večer doporučujeme romanticky pozorovat při grilování na rybníku radky, kachny, labutě a možná i ledňáčky... .-)

This quiet newly built modern duplex apartment is conceived as 1+kk. The space is airy and nicely modern. There is a lounge and dining seating in the living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped. In the sleeping area located on the open floor under the roof, accessible by a wooden staircase, there is a double bed and a twin bunk bed. The apartment has a direct entrance to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the castle Hluboká nad Vltavou.

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
