Our house is about 300 years old - a typical Allgäu settler house made of wood, of which there are fewer and fewer. We have extensively ecologically restored it and equipped it with all the modern comforts you could wish for: ceramic stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, oversized shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. If you heat with wood in winter, the whole house smells cozy. Clay plaster ensures a cozy indoor climate. Right on your doorstep you will find a bakery and dairy.

The holiday home is approximately 140 m² and is ideal for 2 to 6 people. entire cottage exclusive - fantastic, sunny location at 1000m above sea level on the edge of the forest with LOTS OF PANORAMA, basement with kitchen-living room, double room with shower/toilet and is open to the upper floor with living area with wood stove, panoramic window and a bedroom with 2 double beds and bathroom/toilet with the possibility of 2 extra beds. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Located in the middle of the Allgäu mountains, near the Edelsberghütte: Alpine-charming with modern comfort. The most romantic of our chalets. On site, you can also be catered for during the opening hours of the hut catering. For example, with a regional breakfast, and much more. Please note that the chalet is not accessible by car (nature reserve). A transfer/luggage transport from the valley is possible on request (only during the opening days of the Edelsberg hut).

The Alte Sennerei Lechleiten is a lovingly renovated holiday home for ideally 6 but a maximum of 10 people. The partly over 400-year-old house, which was originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being a feel-good oasis of modern comfort and rustic coziness. We would like to rent our house to considerate guests who appreciate this gem.

Unsere Selbstversorgerhütte liegt in sonniger Südlage und befindet sich am Rand einer kleinen Almsiedlung oberhalb von Bezau im Bregenzerwald. Mit der Seilbahn Bezau schweben Sie auf 1210 m hinauf und erreichen das Hochplateau auf dem Sonderdach. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang von rund 5 Minuten erreichen Sie unser Luxus-Chalet. Vor Ihnen: Berge, Wald und absolute Ruhe.
