Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Walton County

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for my family of 4, close to everything we wanted to do, yet far away enough to not have to listen to the noise and crowds of PCB. Everything was as listed and wonderful. We’d definitely stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! Paul and Janet were excellent hosts making our Christmas trip relaxing. Nestled into a neighborhood, their home is within a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and away from all the big high rise condos. Our pup felt right at home—especially in the backyard. Unlike other rentals, Paul and Janet went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable—early check in, Christmas tree, Christmas decor, kitchen essentials, and lots of extras (extra paper towels, hand soaps, extra toilet paper, fans, sound machines, batteries, dog bowls, etc.). To access the third bedroom with bunk beds, you enter through the second bedroom. Paul was very responsive and communicative. He and Janet truly made our Christmas special. We would stay again.

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

My family had a wonderful stay at this AirBnb located in Miramar Beach. Although not right next to the beach or a pool, we were close to everything and had access to a large golf cart and crystal clear instructions on how to access the beach/pool from our helpful hosts. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed driving back and forth along the other golf carts to access the beach. Lots of parking and easy to find! We genuinely enjoyed our AirBnb experience and had tons of room for our family. Lots of clean linens and basic supplies available, which is great for out-of-town vacationers. The home was clean, organized and modern with lots of seating to spread out. Each bedroom had access to storage and a bathroom. It was cozy, but also had a nice beachy feel. Thank you to the hosts for being so responsive and making our stay seamless!

This place was awesome! Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Neighborhood is really cute and dog friendly. The house is cool and the porch and deck were really nice. The only thing I would caution is this might not be the best house if you have a crazy toddler. There is 3 doors downstairs that lead to the outside and two doors upstairs that lead a deck. My mischievous 2 year old attempted to escape several times. But with littler children or older children this place is a dream. Would 10/10 come back here. Just might bring the child door locks with me lol.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The added flexibility of a late checkout was a wonderful touch that made our experience even better. Highly recommend. Me and my partner rented this for my birthday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the property. I’ve stayed at several different places in Panama City Beach and this one is at the top of my most favorite list. Everything was clean, smelled good, and just felt like home. Check in and out process couldn’t have been any easier. Everything was labeled so there was no need to message the host for any small questions. If there was more than five stars to rate, this place would get them all!

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Nice place for a night or a week. Absolutely LOVE accessibility! Off the main drag so it’s much more private and quiet. Thank you for a great stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. Very convenient location and loved the quick walk to the beach. This air bnb is perfect for a small party. Just make note of the limited kitchen appliances, and prepare to eat out! I would stay here again!

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

Nitish is a great host. Kind and quick to respond. We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with lots to do and plenty of restaurants to walk or drive too. Place was spacious with huge balcony and gorgeous view. We couldn’t hear any of the other neighbors which was a first for us. Was quiet and peaceful at/during night time. There was construction going on next door, which is out of the owner’s control, but was only during the day. We were never in the condo during the day, so it didn’t bother us. Would recommend staying here.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. I wish I wouldn't have had to leave so soon. There was so much to do and see that ypu could stay busy for weeks. Love it!

This place absolutely met our expectations. Casie was very responsive and flexible when checking in. It's worth every penny, we can't wait to go back!

Shaun was very helpful and was very thorough. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our time there, and the area is beautiful. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

Our stay at Jeff and Cindy’s was fantastic. The Villa was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and was perfectly located within a few minutes walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Jeff and Cindy are great hosts, very responsive and provided great local recommendations and information. We would definitely recommend their Villa to all our friends and family and very much look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Destin!

To get access paper for your car, you must provide the address and condo number at the community main gate. We parked in the gated (second-floor) garage. There are signs by the entrance spots for three buildings. Once we park, language carts are available to take your stuff into the condo. Easy access to the apartment by access code. The apartment is on the corner, with a large balcony. VERY QUIET. Comfortable for two people (probably for one child, too). Large TV, comfy sofa. The kitchen is smaller, and the refrigerator is not designed for a gallon milk jar. Comfortable table and chairs. Very comfortable bed and tranquil, clean bedroom. Spotless, large bathroom. The balcony overlooks the community pool. This apartment is the perfect relaxing choice and a good spot to visit all Destin locations and fireworks for New Eve on the Wharf. Josh was a great host and had good communication, and we hope to be back in the same apartment.

It was a beautiful area and the condo was clean and very pleasant we really enjoyed our stay
